Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your order. No changes can be made once production has started.

All items that are not personalized will shipped out within 2-3 business days.
All personalized items require 1-3 weeks for production. Does not include the 2-5 days shipping time.

Our shipping policy is not set in stone due to unforeseen circumstances that may happen.
Our jewelry is hand made, packaged and inspected before being shipped out to our customers.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

To initiate a return or exchange simply send us an email at support@chantellabel.com within 30 days of delivery to start the process or send us a message through our CONTACT US page. 

*Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned back to our facility.

Disclaimer: If the product has been customized, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off.

- Make it a habit to remove your gold jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering.

- Apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing your gold pieces.

- Buff any dirt and debris away with a dry clean cloth. To remove excess dirt/debris it's safe to use a clean cloth, soap & water.
